AI Usage Policy

How Relio handles artificial intelligence features.

Relio may offer optional AI-assisted email suggestions in the Reach Out feature. AI features are not required to use the core CRM.

1. Current status

AI email suggestions are not used to train third-party models with your customer data. When fully enabled, suggestions are generated to assist drafting only; you review and send all messages.

2. Data sent to providers

If AI features use an external model provider, only the minimum context needed to generate a suggestion (such as contact name and deal stage) would be transmitted. We will update this policy before enabling any production AI provider integration.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sending it to contacts.
